Job Description

We’re looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to help us craft exceptional digital experiences for a modern growth platform. You’ll own the visual language and interaction design that makes Slingshotteck feel effortless to use.

Job Responsibilities

Own the design system — Build and maintain a comprehensive component library in Figma.

Lead user research — Conduct interviews, usability tests, and synthesize findings to inform design decisions.

Collaborate cross-functionally — Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ship designs that work within constraints.

Drive accessibility — Ensure our interfaces meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards.

Qualifications

4+ years of product design experience — A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design for SaaS applications.

Expert Figma skills — You live in Figma and have strong opinions about component architecture.

Data-informed — Comfortable analyzing usage data and A/B test results to inform design decisions.

Bonus Points

  • Experience designing for marketing or CRM tools
  • Familiarity with motion design and micro-interactions
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge to collaborate with engineers
